We offer a choice of accommodation with en-suite, family, double or single rooms. Many of the guest bedrooms at the Derwent House Guest House enjoy the most spectacular Scarborough sea views imaginable. All our guest rooms are welcoming, warm, comfortably furnished and attractively decorated.

All guest rooms include central heating, flat screen televisions with Freeview, Hospitality beverage tray, IPod docks, hairdryers, complimentary toiletries, Ironing boards (irons available on request) and wireless internet access.
